Cancelations
Orders may be canceled before shipping for any reason. We aim to ship within 24 hours of order receipt and will send you an email with tracking once order is out of our possession. Once this email is sent you can still cancel your order, however, you will remain responsible for all shipping costs as well as ensuring the items back make it back to our location. Once received we will inspect and refund within 24 hours.

If you are unsatisfied when your order arrives, or if it was damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours or your receipt at orders@lilmamamegs.com to find a resolution. Upon receipt of your request we will send and help walk you thru our process. All returns/refunds must be approved. If damaged in shipping, you will be asked to then include an excessive amount of photos to expedite the process. NEVER ship back items expecting a refund or throw away damaged items before confirmation from Lil Mama Megs, LLC.
